Our Terms of Shipping or Shipping policy is described as follows:
● All of the details regarding the product deliveries will be shared on electronic media, whose details you have registered with us. Hence, the details could be shared via email/phone within 4-5 working days from the booking date, if not sooner, and they would consist of the relevant Deliver timeline.
● In the scenario where the shipping address you have provided us is incorrect, based on which we are unable to deliver the item, products, or goods to you, the order would be considered completed all the same, and no refunds shall be provisioned or entertained.
● Customers will receive the delivery details via email or push notifications, or both, which shall mention the expected delivery date or timeline along with a consignment number that the customer can use to track the delivery status of their order before and after shipment processing.
● For any delays, if they exist, in product shipment, the customer will be informed about the updates by the company or by the affiliated delivery partner, along with details regarding new dispatch time and other relevant information.
● All of our products that are displayed and sold by us at Meeshos Designer are made-to-order, with the estimated delivery timelines of each product being presented along with the product description. Still, we request you to kindly estimate a timeline of 10-25 working days on average in scenarios of delays or the like.
● Please be aware that the following days, i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, are considered non-working days and shall, therefore, not be counted among working days for standard delivery timelines.
● The timeline of our delivery period commenced from the instance when the order was accepted.
● For orders placed or requiring delivery within India, we offer free shipping on prepaid orders exceeding the total cart cost of Rs. xxxx. Any orders below the total cart cost of Rs . xxxx would levy a shipping fee of Rs xxxx. There will also be standard COD charges levied on the delivery of Rs. xxx as a facilitation fee for all of the accepted Cash on Delivery Orders.
● Meeshos Designers ships its orders through trusted and registered courier partners for deliveries within Indian regions and overseas locations. If, in scenarios, we are unable to deliver an order of a Cash on Delivery payment method within certain pin code (s) through our registered delivery partners, we request you to convert it into a prepaid order so we can process it.
● Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct shipping address since we won't be able to re-route the order(s) after they have been dispatched.
● For orders concerning international delivery, please write to us at contact@meeshosdesigner.com to learn about the shipping rates for the country of the delivery location. Any duties & taxes that may be applicable for the respective international orders are not included in the order and would be in addition to the shipping charges paid during checkout.
● Most or some countries may charge duties on the imported items that are levied upon entry to the port, and they could vary as per the country's destination and/or the types of products imported.
● Meeshos Designer does not claim and will not be held responsible for delays that might arise due to processes of customs clearance. Customers would also be required to pay the duties and taxes applicable to the shipping agency directly at the order delivery stage. If the customer refuses to pay the relevant charges aforementioned, and therefore the delivery cannot be processed, we will not initiate any refunds and won't be held responsible for the same. ● We shall provide you with a tracking number and online link to our registered courier company with your shipping confirmation email, which we consider would be used by you for tracking your order(s).
● On occasions when an order could get delayed for reasons existing outside of our direct or indirect control, we will get in touch with you through the details provided by you. We will also reach you on the provided details when the order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond two weeks of the expected delivery timeline to confirm with you if you would like to receive your order still and all the same.
● An exchange could only be availed one time only per order.
● For international orders, all the shipments would be clubbed or sent together.
● Please provide us with the complete shipping address, and review it carefully, including the provided zip code and contact number, to ensure a hassle-free and on-time delivery possibility.
● In the scenario when the delivery may fail due to incorrect details, we will not entertain nor process any refunds. Please refer to our Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy terms for additional details.
