Cancellation, Refund, Exchange Policy

We take pride in our products and the efforts we put into creating them with the help of our team. Since our products and goods are prepared for selling in accordance with made-to-order procedures, we adopt practices that support it, inclusive of those that prevent stock wastage. We also adhere to benchmark standards for ensuring timely delivery fulfillment and satisfaction. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase with us, please refer to our Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy below.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

Purchases by you from Meeshos Designer may be eligible for exchange based on the following terms:

● Apparels sold by us are eligible for exchange for issues related to size within 48 hours of delivery time.

● The product must have original tags and packaging intact and should not be used or washed.

● Accessories sold by Meeshos Designer are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

● Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the delivered product has a manufacturing/quality defect OR had been delivered flawed. Please photograph the defect or flaw soon as you open the product packaging.

● Products purchased during special sale periods or at discounted prices will not be considered eligible for returns and exchanges. (Unless stated otherwise in the product description)

● Customized products would not be considered eligible for exchange or returns.

●  All international orders are excluded from the eligibility of returns or exchanges.

Exchange Process

When and if your purchase meets the above-stated exchange criteria, please communicate with our customer care via contact@meeshosdesigner.com within 48 hours of delivery.

● For exchange of our products concerning defects or flawed delivery, please provide the order number, transaction date, delivery address, and image of the flawed product along with its encompassing packaging material.

●  For the exchange of our product regarding garment size exchange, please mention the purchase size additionally, along with the problem(s) concerning the product size and the required size.

Our customer support/care team will revert back to you within two days after the evaluation. Upon acquiring receipt of communication from us, please perform the following:

For Quality Issues or Defects

●  Please place the product in its original packaging, and accompany it with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, hangers, boxes, and other items received as a part of the purchase.

●  A reverse pick-up would be organized by us from the provided address mentioned within the invoice.

○   Please note if the pin code belongs to a non-serviceable location, you would need to courier us the exchange product.

● Upon arrival of the product at our facility/warehouse, it will undergo quality inspection. If it verifies your claims, a fresh piece of the product will be dispatched to you, which you can expect to receive as per the standard shipping timeline.

● In a rare scenario when the product replacement is not available with us, a credit note would be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.

●  Our credit note(s) are only usable on our website.

For Size Exchange

●  Please place the product in its original packaging, and include any invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, hangers, boxes, and other items received as a part of the purchase.

● Please send us the product after carefully packaging it as per the guidelines at the address provided below:

●  Upon arrival of the product at our facility/warehouse, it will undergo quality inspection. If it verifies your claims, a fresh piece of the product will be dispatched to you, which you can expect to receive as per the standard shipping timeline.

● In a rare scenario when the product replacement is not available with us, a credit note would be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.

●  Our credit note(s) are only usable on our website.

●  Any and all size exchange requests are entertained only for the same style and brand of products.

●  Requests for the exchange of the product received by you against other kinds of products we sell or feature would not be entertained, irrespective of equal pricing and other attributes.

●  Please note that certain products that may be purchased on sale or discount may not carry eligibility of receiving size exchange, which equally applies to international and customized orders too.

Refund Policy

● If your purchase(s) meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will happily assist you with the exchange by offering you a fresh piece.

● In the rare scenario when we are unable to offer a fresh piece, we will issue a credit note to your registered email address with us or at the provided email address on the invoice.

● The credit note we offer would be valid for six months from the date of issuance and could only be redeemed on our website.

Return Policy

We do not accept RETURNS on products unless they are damaged as per the terms stated above. 

●  Meeshos Designer creates high-quality products of high standards and ensures making deliveries correctly with utmost care.

●  We humbly request our customers to make purchases mindfully to avoid scenarios of returns.

Cancellation Policy

●  Any order, once placed, could only be canceled within 24 hours of finalizing the purchase.

● Once the product has been processed, or after 24 hours of its purchase, cancellation requests will unfortunately not be entertained.

● As per our standard business practice(s), Meeshos Designer reserves any and all rights to cancel the order and refund the entire amount via the checkout payment channel in scenarios when your order has not been processed/approved by Meeshos Designer.

Sale Purchase Terms

●  Each product sale applies to specified products only and may not be equally or marginally applicable to all products listed on the website.

●  Return or exchange of products sold on discount(s) or sale will not be entertained.

● Clubbing sale offers, specific or multiple, via coupon codes or discount codes, will be invalid.

●  For orders containing products available on sale along with a full-priced item(s), the coupon code may only be applied to the non-discounted product(s).

● Any changes to any discount(s) on the product will not be applicable to the previous or future purchases of the product.

●  COD orders are subjected to the process of confirmation, acquired whether by email or a phone call. Any orders that may remain unconfirmed will be canceled.
